English Bulldog Puppy Health Guarantee
Our Guarantee is quite simple. You must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within (3) three days of purchase. If your puppy, in the opinion of the veterinarian, has any physical problems considered to be life threatening, I will provide you with a replacement puppy of equal value. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. If you choose a puppy of greater value, then you will be responsible for the cost difference. To make a claim you must return your puppy to Austin Bulldog within 7 days of purchase at the buyers expense. Also, provide a signed statement from the veterinarian proving date of examination and an explanation as to why the puppy is a poor health risk. The statement must include a description of the symptoms supporting the opinions. There will be no refund on shipping charges and all deposits are nonrefundable.
Note: There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Coccidia, Hip or Joint problems, Parasites, Cherry eye, Viral, Bacterial Infections because there are to many variables to why some of these problem can occur that are not just heredity induced.
Your English bulldog puppy has a 1 year limited Life Warranty. Should the puppy die of a birth defect within 1 year of the time of purchase, "Austin Bulldog" will provide a replacement puppy of equal value, if one is not available then the buyer has to pay the cost difference. To qualify for this warranty, you must have kept the puppy under the care of a licensed veterinarian. The care must include all vaccinations recommended by the veterinarian. To make a claim, you must bring a signed certificate from the veterinarian stating cause of death and a copy of ALL of your puppy’s health records. If there are no puppies available, one will be provided from the next available litter whelped. Any shipping arrangements needed will be the customers' responsibility.

Failure to have the puppy examined within (3) three days of purchase or if she is breed VOIDS ALL WARRANTIES.

Note: There is no guarantee on the color or size of puppy now or as an adult.
If a puppy is being returned for any health warranty claim, you must also return all registration papers. Registration papers must be signed, transferring ownership back to "Austin Bulldog". We will not be held responsible for any costs accrued after the sale is final.
Guarantee is not valid in case of accidental death or injury.
There will be a detailed contract read and signed by both parties upon purchase.
